Emotional Intelligence: Level Up Your Love Game: Emotional intelligence (EQ) is your ability to understand and manage your own emotions, as well as recognize and influence the emotions of others.  In a relationship, EQ is like having a superpower.  It allows you to navigate tricky emotional terrain, understand your partner’s triggers, and respond with empathy and compassion.  Working on your EQ might involve learning to recognize your own emotional patterns, practicing self-regulation (aka not losing it when your partner leaves their socks on the floor again), and developing your ability to read nonverbal cues.

The Turning Point: Embracing Tech

As a lawyer, I’ve witnessed firsthand how technology is transforming the legal profession.
